Coconut Choc-Nut Cookies

1 cup of Nut Butter (I like to use peanut)

1 egg

1/3 of a cup of honey 

1 tablespoon of Coconut Flour

2 tablespoons of Shredded Coconut

1 handful of Dark Chocolate Chips


Combine all ingredients and spoon clusters straight onto a flat baking tray (I like to use a pizza tray) or if a perfect cookie shape is what you’re after, roll into balls and flatten to desired shape with a fork. Bake for around 7 to 10 minutes in a preheated 180dg oven. Allow them to cool before eating...if you can wait that long!


I love this recipe! So simple and easy to have these mixed and into the oven quickly. A great afternoon tea for when the kids come home or an instant coffee treat when friends call in.  


All you need is a bowl and spoon too. Easy Easy Easy!
