Caramel Smoothie

I tried a version of this smoothie at a cafe once… 

 

I've adapted it slightly..

 

I am a little hooked on it!

 

2 medjool (no added oil) dates.

1 tiny pinch of salt.
1 medium sized Banana.
1 cup of Almond Milk (or milk alternative). 
1 cup of ice.
5 raw cashews.
