I love Naan bread! I find it to be an essential in creating the whole curry experience at home. I love to go out for curry, enjoy a lovely glass of red and a delicious Naan, they compliment my all time favourite curry, Dahl Mahkni just nicely!!
I am going out for dinner less and less these days. As my children grow so do their appetites, it's simply more affordable to have our past loved “curry nights” at home. I'm not complaining though. Beautiful conversations with my children and warm wonderful memories are being built in my Kitchen daily. I’m thankful for each and everyone of them. Home is where the heart is!
This recipe has a similar method to that of crepes and pancakes. Mix the ingredients together to make a pouring cream consistency and then pour into a lightly oiled medium heat pan. Pour mixture into the centre of the pan and then lift it and angle to spread the mix evenly into a larger round 'pancake' shape.
When bubbles appear it is time to flip! Cook on the other side till golden and enjoy!
