Apricot & Tahini Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls or Goodie Balls, whatever you choose to name them, are amazingly easy and are delicious bundles of healthy yum. I have a few favourites and, over time, I will share them all with you. 

 

Blitz in a food processor;

 

140 g Organic Sun-dried Apricots

70 g Desiccated Coconut

1 Tablespoon of Tahini

1 Tablespoon of Honey

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

 

Add enough warm water to bring the mix together into a mouldable type cookie dough. Roll into balls and coat in;

 

Toasted Sesame Seeds

 

Set in fridge. 

 

Enjoy over a cup of Green Tea!
