When you're hanging out for something chocolatey and want to stick to clean whole foods, these really do the trick!
They literally take seconds to make too.
I always, without fail have these ingredients on hand just incase I have get the 'chocolate now bug'
100 grams of raw cashews or macadamias
100 grams of toasted almonds
200 grams of organic medjool dates
15 grams of cacao powder
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until a formable biscuit dough forms. Keep it a little rough though so you can still see little chunks of nuts thought the 'dough'- this adds the crunch.
Bake on a lined tray for around 12-15 minutes at 180dg. Let them cool on tray to set, firm and crunch up.
