Berry Blue Smoothie

Immune boosting and deliciously fresh!


1 frozen banana

1 handful of frozen blueberries

1 cup of coconut water

1 tablesooon of white chia seeds

5 raw cashews

1 de seeded medjool date


Throw all ingredients together in a blender and blitz for around 2 minutes.
